In this workshop, we will introduce new perspectives that support a revolutionary approach to healing and a return to health, harmony, and vitality. This workshop is participatory and experiential. We will practice a variety of somatic movement and partner bodywork exercises that nurture connection between body and mind, and open possibilities to process events in a new way, strengthening our capacity to assimilate, heal, and live fully and vibrantly. All inclusive, all meals included.

The two workshops each day will offer an in-depth introduction to Breema’s practical philosophy and to Breema partner bodywork and Self-Breema, the vehicles that create possibilities for direct experiences of being present, and for developing an experiential understanding of the Nine Principles of Harmony.

This is an opportunity to study Breema in a spectacular natural setting, removed from our usual distractions.

The workshop will be taught by Jon Schreiber, D.C., Director of the Breema Center and Alexandra Johnson, M.D. along with certified Breema Instructors from around the world.
