Join us for fellowship with other sober women on a spiritual retreat at the beautiful Sunburst Sanctuary nestled in the mountains of Santa Barbara County where we’ll enjoy:

• BREATH – Pranayama Breath Training
• SOUND – Sound Bath Meditation
• NATURE – Labyrinth Walk; Hiking

PLUS:  Guided Imagery Meditation / Pajama party and snacks by the Lodge fireplace / Healthy meals / AA meetings / Sunday Meditation Service
