Though many have lost a sense of belonging in our current pandemic social restrictions that have caused disconnection and alienation, God still invites each of us to authentically connect to Him, to oneself, and to one another.
You are invited to come away for a Christian contemplative weekend retreat in the serenity and safety of lovely Rocheport, MO with others intentional about responding to God's invitation to embrace true belonging and meaningful connections for social and kingdom flourishing.
Belonging to God | Belonging to Oneself | Belonging to One Another
We will enjoy times of silence and solitude in addition to gathering in a large group where we will share in the context of our own stories, fostering meaningful relationships through group learning where we learn from another's perspective.
Cost: $159 (including snacks and refreshments)
When: Friday / November 6th @ 6:30pm - Sunday / November 8th @ 11:30am
Location: Rocheport Community Hall in Rocheport, MO
Lodging & Meals: each retreatant will need to secure lodging as it is not included in registration fee. Local award-winning lodging & wonderful eateries can be found on Airbnb and www.rocheport-mo.com.
Enneagram of Personality tool: we will use the enneagram when we dive into belonging to oneself. We cannot love our neighbor as ourselves if we do not have self-awareness and self-compassion. * Be prepared by taking the enneagram assessment before attending the retreat and knowing your Enneagram type or style. We will not be taking the assessment on this retreat. We will be utilizing the enneagram material to help facilitate more self-awareness and compassion.
(Multiple online assessments are available. I recommend Dr. Jerome Wagner's site: www.wepss.com for $10)
