One of a Kind, 292acres Operated in the past as a Family Retreat, 5 Star Western Themed B&B, Wedding Venue, and Cattle operation.  The ranch lends itself to a host of opportunities. Once a week mission teams were guests at the ranch for an evening BBQ.  In 2017 the ranch was host to 200 plus guests with teams from PBS, NASA, a BBC filming crew, Into Space scientific team, scientists. national photographers, and skywatchers from around the country for the Eclipse.

Gravity-fed underground lawn sprinkler system with a 16000 gal cistern

Guest Quarters:  1200 sq. ft. Western-themed common area with turn of the century back bar, punched tin ceiling, and electric carbide lighting. There is an office, a bedroom with a full bath, and a laundry area with a stacked washer and dryer.

Radiant floor heat and air conditioning add to the ambiance of this singular living space.

A wrap-around porch completes the setting.

Log Bunkhouse:  A 640 sq. ft. sunlit space with lofted ceiling and full bath Other amenities include a queen-size bed, bunk bed with a trundle, and freestanding gas stove for year-round family accommodations.  Porch with swing

B&B Quarters:  When in operation as a B&B a Sheep wagon with one bed allowed guests to experience an early day sheepherders lifestyle. On the porch, you could sit and enjoy the colorful sunsets.

A Tipi with a few basic comforts, a queen bed, and bunk bed cots for the kids, would accommodate a family.

The Sheep wagon and Tipi both have their own modern outhouse with a shared cowboy shower.

At this time there is not a Sheep wagon or Tipi on the ranch, but in the event, the new owner wanted to operate as a B&B, they can be replaced, or add cabins to the property.

RV Hookup with 50-amp service, water, and sewer

Supporting Buildings:  40X40 Insulated Shop with Radiant floor heat, and storage closet.

60X40 Insulated Barn/Events Hall.  This room has been used as an event center for the Eclipse, weddings, family reunions, and large group gatherings.

Corrals with a 40X40 Open-faced shed.  The ranch is fenced into 3 separate pastures with water and stock tanks.

The unique terrain of hills, open spaces, and trees. This property is well suited for growth and adding a revenue stream to your income. If you prefer just to come and make it your own personal hideaway. The location is ideal, only 3 hours from Denver Co., 3 hours from the Black Hills, Mount Rushmore, and on the way to Yellowstone National Park.
