The space

State of the art commercial kitchen. Everything brand new. Phenomenal to cook in. Two large commercial refrigerators and a freezer.

Large bath tubs, beautiful plaster showers throughout.

Large orchard, meadow, and dining greenhouse for small gatherings. Created with an emphasis on permaculture.

The configuration is:
- 2 Story House
Upstairs: 2 bedrooms (master and guest, both king beds with views) with a shared full bathroom featuring tub, shower, dressing space and toilet nook.
Downstairs: Chef's kitchen, dining room off the kitchen which also doubles as a homey workspace, one bathroom with toilet and sink.

- Bungalow House - One floor. Contains spacious bungalow bedroom (has its own bathroom with toilet) with California King.
There are second and third smaller bedrooms with king size beds and bathroom with shower and toilet. Small kitchenette area, no stove, more like a coffee tea area. Large bedroom is a converted yoga studio so it has radiant heat hardwood floors and a corner dedicated to hanging out family style with a couch should you want to do that. Note - as there is no bona fide living room space this is what we use for hanging out.

- 2x Luxury Cabins - one queen size bed in each cabin plus full bath in each (shower, tub, toilet).

- 1x Luxury yurt available - one queen size bed, 3/4 bath (shower, toilet)

The second luxury yurt on property is not available for guests and will not be occupied during your stay.

Guest access

Turning off Highway 1, there is a 5-8 minute road to the gate of the property. That same road continues on and provides the only access to and from the property. It also makes for great walks.

8 parking spots on site.

For a sit down meal of any kind, the property can feed 16 in one location and 16 in another. If you are thinking of an event with more people, know that the tables, chairs, portopotties and power to support an event down in our meadow would all need to be supplied.

Starlink internet (approx 150Mb/sec down, 10Mb/sec up) with WiFi that covers most of the property including each structure. There is no cell phone reception on property though there is a land line. Streaming video, Wifi Calling, Zoom all work.

Lots of space to take walks, explore, and feel at one with nature. Discover the epic alder forest, the fruit orchard, or relax in the hot tub with views.

There are three security cameras that cover
- the main driveway
- the front door of the bungalow house
- the front door of the main house

Dining accommodations for groups of 16 are located in the main house and greenhouse. Both have space for 16. The greenhouse is a bit nippy in the winter.

The property is not flat. We are up in the country of Ft Bragg so the main level of the property with the bungalow house and main house are relatively level but going up to the cabins and yurt requires walking on an incline. Be advised as older folks and those who have a hard time traversing hills might be challenged.
