Qigong (chee-energy, kung-cultivation) is an ancient Chinese art form that uses gentle, fluid motion to enhance the flow of energy through your body. If dis-ease is caused by the lack or stagnation of energy, then qigong is its antidote. Sometimes called “moving meditation,” qigong engages your mind and enhances focus while improving your health. Qigong can be done by anyone—sitting, standing, or even lying down. During this weekend retreat, we’ll explore the infinite possibilities of qi through a variety of qigong techniques that can be easily incorporated into your own on-going practice at home.

Christy Hays is owner and creator of ZenMoves. As the CEO of her organization, she is the Chief Energy Officer. Christy received her 200-hour Qigong Certification in October 2014 from the Institute of Integral Qigong and Tai Chi, led by Roger Jahnke, OMD, Founder of IIQTC. Since then she has enjoyed leading her own group qigong practices as well as those for the Center for the Physically Limited and Life Senior Services.
